The Lake Champlain House (LCH) is a “one of a kind” lakefront vacation rental that comes with amenities that are just not matched/comparable to other lake properties.
Unique Property
Unique to (New York, Vermont) vacation rental properties on Lake Champlain, the LCH has four (4) bedrooms, three (3) king beds, two (2) queen beds, and two (2) full beds. (Not found in smaller cottages/cabins)
In addition, most other vacation house rentals in the Adirondacks do not offer Central Air Condition, and 3.5 baths. The LCH offers a private 100 feet of gradual shoreline with a 70+ foot dock. We also provide the following free to enjoy the water: a mooring for your overnight boat, a large swim raft (with slide), six (6) sit on top kayaks, two (2) canoes, and an aluminum row boat. (all oars and life jackets provided) The full service amenities of our vacation rental property include: washer/dryer, bed linens, bath lines, kitchen linens, firewood, HD TV Service, WiFi Internet, free unlimited Long Distance.
Available Year Round
The LCH is available Year Round for weekly or daily rentals. You’ll love the “full-service” modern amenities and privacy of this vacation rental property for its open spaces (waterfront Boat Shack/deck), and cooking pavilion with this direct waterfront vacation house.
Summer on the Lake
Invite the whole family to enjoy Lake Champlain boating, swimming, fishing and just relaxing. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises over the Green Mountains of Vermont, breath taking views of Lake Champlain, and unbelievable sunsets over the Adirondacks of New York, and evening campfires in the large family fire pit.
This website offers bookings directly with the home owner. The property is also listed on HomeAway.com, and VRBO. Booking through these sites would be more costly, due to extra fees. With this website we are able to provide lower total booking costs directly to you with no “third party fees”.
