The LCH is available to rent year round with 10:30 AM check-outs and 3:30 check-ins. For insurance purposes, responsible rental guest must be at least 25 years of age. 

The Lake Champlain House can comfortably accommodate up to sixteen (14+) overnight guests:

·  Master Bedroom 1- King (sleeps 2)

·  Master Bedroom 2- King (sleeps 2) 

·  Guest Bedroom- King (sleeps 2), with 2 Full Bunk (sleeps 2) 

·  4th Bedroom*- 2 - Queen  (sleeps 4)

·  Loft*- two (2) Sleeper Chairs (sleeps 2)

(*Please Note – stairs to 4th bedroom and loft are steeper than normal)

((( PEAK SUMMER WEEKS )))  (MID JUNE, JULY, AND AUGUST)

Peak Summer weeks  have a “Fixed Minimum Rental Rate” of $6,800.00 even if the # of guests staying is less. 

June - September rentals are weekly minimums of one week, Saturday to Saturday.

((( Fall, Winter, and Spring Rental Rates ))) September - Early June our rental fees are quoted to the number of guests/nights requested, Please see estimates below. We do have 2 or 3 night minimums depending on the size of your party, and time of year/holidays.

1-2 Guests = $2050/week or $325/night 

(*Seniors/Veterans Special offer of $1,750 week/$305 night)

3 Guests = $2550/week or $400/night

4 Guests = $2900/week or $475/night

5 Guests = $3300/week or $525/night

Additional Guests =$50+/night

Amounts do not include cleaning fees/taxes and are subject to changes until confirmed via email.

Please note: 

Rates/availability are subject to change until official reservation confirmation by email, and we can only confirm/make a reservation (by first in basis) when we have received both the signed Rental Agreement and the 25% rental deposit (unless within 90 days and then full payment is require).
